RoAndCo, New York, NY President (Aug 2023-Nov 2024) Executive management of the studio—from new business, team culture, to special projects, to creative strategy for our clients. Collaborated internally to create strategy and content for Of Two Minds Retreats and Oraphae Hospitality Group. Clients included Gelée, The Warbler Hotel, Macy’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Busayo, Stephanie Gottlieb, Cumulus Coffee.
Managing Director and Head of Strategy (Sep 2022-Aug 2023) Responsible for overall management of the studio and organizational clarity. Led the writing and strategy for content and brand guidelines, naming, and creative concepts. Client included Google, Maven, Needed, and Hyphen&Co.
Bedari Collective, New York, NY Strategy + Brand Lead (Nov 2022-Sept 2023) Provided strategic and creative advisory to Matt Harris’ Bedari Collective. Helped his team clarify how to message regenerative principles and societal impact so more people want a part in this future. Created their website and pitch deck materials.

Chief Brand Officer (Feb 2020-Aug 2023) Lead marketing, brand, community for re—inc, a mission-driven lifestyle brand founded by celebrity athletes. Grew revenue 300% over our first two fiscal years, established community of 150K+ and average 50% returning customer rate. Hired core team members and partner agencies. Oversaw partnerships with Michelle Obama’s When We All Vote, OOFOs, StockX, Bodega, and Chronicle Books. Created social impact criteria, donating over $150K to BIPOC and LGBTQIA orgs, focusing on community-led impact initiatives.
